New Trustees and Stewards Sworn In at Local Lodge 845
On February 6, 2025, the members of Machinist Union Local Lodge 845 gathered for an important event as new trustees and shop stewards were sworn in to serve their fellow union members.
Returning as trustees, Al Melendez of American Airlines and Karen Mexiner of United Airlines were officially sworn into their positions, continuing their dedication to the union and its members.
Additionally, Local Lodge 845 welcomed two new shop stewards into their leadership team. Paul Carbajo of United Airlines ATW and Wai Aung of United Airlines Ramp were sworn in as the newest shop stewards, ready to represent their colleagues and support the union’s mission.
These new leaders bring a wealth of experience and commitment to Local Lodge 845, and their swearing-in marks an exciting new chapter in the ongoing efforts to advocate for and strengthen the machinist workforce. The leadership of Local Lodge 845 looks forward to their service in these critical roles.
